We have chosen not to automatically add insurance to our delivery cost, since problems are so uncommon. But, once delivered to our local Post Office, we are no longer responsible for a safe delivery unless you purchase insurance. You can use the button below to put insurance in your cart, then you will need to increment the quantity [ 1 unit = $100 insurance ] to your desired amount [ not to exceed purchase price ].

If you wish to purchase a knife as a gift and have it mailed directly to the recipient, we would be glad to assist. We have special gift cards and will remove the invoice from the package at ship time. Just make your purchase in a normal fashion listing your recipient in the respective "ship to" section during checkout, then email us with the following information: Your email address (to correlate to your purchase transaction); and the message you would like to put on the gift card.

International shipping is now available at USPS Global Express rates. If the actual cost is 10% or more above the actual charged amount, you will be required to transmit that amount before shipment. If the actual cost is 10% or more below the actual charged amount, we will issue a refund for that amount. If USPS Global Express is not available to your location it will be modified to USPS Global Priority. If there is no insurance available to your location the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. You must purchase insurance on international orders (above) for the total amount above $100; the base cost will cover the first $100. If insurance is not purchased we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund in full.

In order to assist our customers in these economic conditions, we are implementing a Rewards program. It will be on a per-transaction tiered system. A purchase up to $200 is eligible for a 2% rebate. A purchase between $200 and $400 is eligible for a 3.5% rebate. Any purchase over $400 is eligible for a 5% rebate. Compare that to your credit card programs!!

To get enrolled in the program just email us with a subject of "Rewards Program" and in the body of the email include the email address which you wish to be enrolled. All purchases must be made from this email address and the address entered during the standard checkout process.

All purchases from your email address will be tracked and whenever you are ready to utilize them, just make a purchase then notify us of your planned redemption. We will calculate the rebate amount and refund that amount to the purchase before it ships. You will be notified of the redemption amount.

For example: You make a purchase on Jan5th for $450 ($22.50 rebate); then you make a $190 ($3.80 rebate) purchase on Feb10th; then you make a $270 ($9.45 rebate) on Feb25th. On Mar5th you make a purchase and notify us of your desire to redeem the rebate. We will issue a refund, and notify you, on the transaction of $35.75 before shipment.

We reserve the right to tune the rules as needed and end the program at any time. In the event this occurs, all rebates earned up until that point will be honored. In the event there is negotiation on the final sales price; there will be NO eligible rebate calculated for that transaction. If there are refunds issued on a transaction, that refund amount will be deducted from the transaction amount when calculated for redemption. A transactions rebate is not eligible to be applied to itself. Rebates are not accrued on shipping / insurance charges.

In order to better communicate with our customers and friends, we have started a FaceBook group. It is to insure our loyal customers have the first chance at special deals and early releases. We plan to offer short run, prototype, or otherwise rare opportunity knives here prior to placing them on the website. Also, we will enjoy public discussions, link sharing, and photo sharing from this group.

We will also try to offer give-a-way's periodically and preview new Great Eastern Stag offerings with a first-come-first-served on handle choices (if selection permits).
