Moore Maker was started in 1985 with the goal to provide ranching tools made for severe conditions that would last a lifetime.  Moore Maker brand knives are no exception.  All the Moore Maker models we carry are carbon steel and if taken care of properly will be a trusted tool for years to come.  As with most great brands, once Moore Maker knives become an essential part of day to day work; they start being recognized for the quality and collectibility built in to each Moore Maker knife.

Moore Maker has a replacement supplier for their economy line; and these knives are below.  These knives are work knives and do not have the collector grade fit / finish.  But the price points are good and we plan on expanding the inventory of them.  This new line mixes things up a little bit in the Moore Maker families, as they come both in composites and bone models.  But all Moore Makers below are the new line.  These are work knives and carbon steel; thus they will stain.
