Placing orders with
We accept orders in several fashions. No particular method is recommended over the other, and we want you to use whichever method you are most comfortable utilizing. CollectorKnives.Net does not save / store your personal information regardless of which method you use. Matter of fact, your payment information is never accessible in our facilities.
Online orders are accepted via our credit card processor (Paypal). While the order process is streamlined if you have a paypal account; no paypal account is required in order to place an order. CollectorKnives.Net does not have any preference as to whether you already have or decide to register for a paypal account. Also, paypal does not save / use your information entered during the transaction unless you already have an account with them or decide to open a new account while placing the order.
Once you have added the items desired to the cart and proceed to checkout, this screen will be display (click to enlarge).
If paying via your paypal account; simply login on the right side of the screen and continue as usual.
If paying via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit / debit cards; simply click the "Continue" button highlighted on this screen snapshot in red (left). Once you click it, the screen will change to allow your information to be entered in a secure encrypted screen (below).
Online orders can be paid via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit / debit cards. Paypal balance, bank transfer, or echeck.
Orders Only: 888-785-5649
Telephone Orders are accepted via the toll free number 888-785-5649. This number is above the menu on the left of every page, and is only provided for orders or questions pertaining to orders. Other communications should be sent via our email. We utilize a virtual terminal in order to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit / debit cards. This method is not as secure as Online Orders only because you must give your card information over the phone to a representative to enter into the virtual terminal. But our entry is done on a 128bit encrypted connection and your personal payment information is never stored.
Mail - In Orders are accepted for those that want to do things the way their grampa used to do it. Just shop as normal using the cart to keep track of what you want to purchase. Once you are finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the Cart page (shown below, left).
Once you are at the payment page (shown above, right); you will need to enter a zip code in order for the shipping calculations to finalize. If this prompt (highlighted in red above) does not exist, then shipping is not required. Currently this is only valid for 2008 and newer GEC products shipped inside the U.S.A.
Once you enter your zip code, the total should be displayed similar to screenshot below. All the information (in the light blue area) should be printed and the Total sent via money order / cashiers check to the address on the Contact Page..
Email us before your payment is mailed and notify us to set the items aside for you. We will keep them reserved for one week after being notified. If they are already out of stock, we will notify you immediately.
Alternate Shipping Addresses are no problem whatsoever. Once you are on the second screen (Review Order Screen); you can modify the shipping address by click the "Change" button noted in the picture to the right.
