We have many knives in inventory due to quantity buying (to keep the prices reasonable for our customers), thus many times the knife shown on the website is not the exact knife you will receive. If you ever recieve a product that is defective or not the same model / make / age as the one ordered, notify us within 5 days of arrival and we will arrange a refund / replacement.
All shipping will be USPS Priority w/Delivery Confirmation After the package leaves our location we are no longer responsible for any damage or lost shipments unless you buy insurance. If you buy insurance we will self insure the package and add Signature Guarantee to the package.
All purchases are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If within 5 days you are not satisfied with the purchase, contact us to arrange return. A refund will be made, minus a 15% restocking fee and return shipping. If the product is not as described we will waive the restocking fee. All returns must include all boxes and paperwork originally sent.

We update inventory every morning that there is a change in available products. In the rare event that you purchase a knife no longer in inventory, we will immediately contact you and work out a resolution that is acceptable to you.
We obtain knives from dealers, collections, trades, and any way imaginable. In every case we try and acquire the original box with each knife, but many times this is impossible. Therefore, you are buying the knife; not the box. If the knife came to us in a container, you will get that container with the purchase; otherwise we will package it securely and send you the knife only.
Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
Online Credit Card payments are accepted via PayPal Secure Checkout and are never known or accessible by CollectorKnives.Net; thus Private Customer information (credit cards, S.S. numbers, financials, etc.) are not kept on file.
Customers will not receive any continual email solicitation from CollectorKnives.Net, unless the customer consents to the solicitation during checkout, or through a double opt-in process. And, if the customer does consent to receive email from the company, the company agrees to have a simple unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe instructions in every email.
Some pictures contain entire lines of knives with the respective ID's next to them. You are buying the "one" knife with the respective ID next to it in the picture. If a set is being sold it will be noted as a set and individual ID's will not be in the pictures. You would think this was common sense, but one would be amazed at the times I have been asked if they get all 10 Case knives for $35. But it is very time consuming to take individual pictures instead of groups of related products.
International shipments has gotten way too complicated. We are now accepting them but will only ship Global Priority/Express.
