What we do with your information

Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored at CollectorKnives. Our payment gateway provider keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to periodic company news, updates, and/or related product or service information, etc. We do not send newsletters.

Payments

All major payment systems are accepted as long as the billing address is inside the United States.  The only exceptions are systems that require a significantly higher finance charge, for example American Express.

Money orders / cashiers checks are accepted but you must email or call us first to place the item on hold. We will only hold an item pending payment for 5 business days – it is not a layaway plan.
