Hen and Rooster is another great old Solingen Germany cutlery company.  Most of what I will have will be from the Bertram era, but prior to that there were other great cutlers that owned the brand.  The Hen & Rooster thru the latter part of the Bertram era were made by Boker and Olbertz cutlers; both outstanding quality.  Obviously later on, most production was sent "elsewhere" - but we will not carry these suspect versions. If we sell a Hen and Rooster knives, it was made fully in Solingen Germany.
